Services
We put it into production where you work.
Design, deploy, run — in your environment, by the engineers who build the product — and a person answers when you call. When the job is bringing AI into the systems you already have, we build that too.
Design · Deploy · Run
Three finite phases, each ending with something you hold.
- 01
Design
Before anything is installed. We map your environment, your data, who may see what, and how the rollout goes — and write it down.
- Environment and network review
- Data map: what lives in PostgreSQL, what in object storage, what stays where it is
- Access model: portfolios, projects, packages, and who decides
- Rollout plan, team by team
- A document you could build from without us
- 02
Deploy
On your cloud or your metal. The same images and descriptors we deploy ourselves, brought up in your environment and signed off against a checklist.
- Container images, environment descriptors, infrastructure as code
- PostgreSQL, object storage, sessions, sealed credentials
- Sign-in, two-factor, the first operators
- Your first Library, your first crew, your first bid
- A checklist we both sign
- 03
Run
For as long as you want us to. We keep it current and keep it up. You keep the data, the keys and the exit.
- Releases and patches on your schedule
- Backups you can restore, and a drill to prove it
- Monitoring, and the status page your people can read
- A monthly report of what changed and what it cost
- Handover runbooks kept up to date, so leaving is a decision, not a project
Live support
A person answers.
Stated in units procurement can hold us to, and written into the agreement.
- Who answers
- A person on our engineering team, not a queue in front of one.
- How
- Chat, a call, or a screen share into your environment with your operator watching.
- Hours and targets
- Written into your agreement. We do not promise a 24/7 we cannot staff, and we say response, not resolution, when that is what we mean.
- What we can see
- Only what your operator shows us. Access to your server is granted by you, logged, and revocable.
Integration
AI into what you already run.
Your systems, your data, a crew that works inside them — through the same gate and the same ledger as everything else.
Connect what you already run
Every integration contributes a pack to the same tool registry the apps use, and every action goes through the same gate. Gmail, your own Stripe account, website forms and webhooks are in the product today; the rest is the work.
Give the crew your systems
Skills that follow your procedures, knowledge taught from your files and Libraries, pipelines that wait for the events your systems raise — and approval waits wherever a person should decide.
Bring your own clients
Your MCP clients connect to the same gate, with consent granted tool by tool, so an assistant your team already uses can read the bench without a second set of rules.
Build the rest
When the job is a connector, a typed resource or a workflow that does not exist yet, we build it — with evaluations, in your environment, to a scope written down first. What generalises goes back into the product.
How we work
Scoped, fixed, shown, handed over.
- 01
Scoped in writing
Every engagement starts with a page that says what is being built, for whom, and what done looks like.
- 02
A fixed team
The engineers who design it are the engineers who deploy it, and the ones who answer the phone afterwards.
- 03
Shown weekly
You see it running every week, in your environment, on your data.
- 04
Handed over
Runbooks, documentation, evaluations. Leaving us is a decision you can take at any time.
- 05
Product first
Bespoke work that would help the next customer becomes part of Jeeraph. You are never the only installation of anything.
